Just a few days before the application deadline in February, Access Trax co-founder Kelly learned about the CONNECT ALL @ The Jacobs Center San Diego-based Accelerator Program. This is San Diego’s first program focused on companies with diverse or economically disadvantaged founders. CONNECT ALL @ The Jacobs Center will provide mentorship, training and resources for businesses to scale. Designed as a full-time 6 month program, founders will have access to free co-working space and opportunities for capital investments in addition to business workshops.

As a woman-owned small business, the program was a perfect fit. In mid-March, Kelly received the good news that Access Trax had been accepted into the first cohort. The mentorship, training, and networking will all be invaluable as the company scales to meet the needs of a global customer base. Efficient outdoor accessibility solutions and a positive customer experience will remain the focus of the business throughout the process.
