The Rollettes Experience 2020

Access Trax is thrilled to sponsor this year’s Rollettes Experience Virtual LIVE global event. The Experience is hosted by Chelsie Hill and the Rollettes, a dance team made up of amazing women who just happen to use wheelchairs. On October 10-11th, women of all abilities from around the world will come together to participate in seminars on working out, stretching, makeup and dance classes, plus special guest speakers and two panels on topics surrounding disability.

Powerhouse women with disabilities come together to connect, educate and empower

Rollettes Experience Virtual Live will feature trailblazing women with disabilities who are leaders and entrepreneurs across a diverse array of organizations. They collectively lead people and change, and have launched high impact campaigns and initiatives. They’ll share how their identities and experiences have shaped their professional journeys. This event seeks to inspire attendees around the power they can unleash through their career paths, and to discuss the need to shatter societal barriers. To learn more about the event, check out the website here.

Access Trax and the Rollettes

Kelly first met the Rollettes dance team in 2019 at the LA Abilities Expo. The ladies were featured showcasing their incredible dance choreography and hyping up the crowd with their energetic personalities. Some time later, Kelly randomly saw Steph, one of the Rollettes dancers, at the beach in Huntington. Kelly was there for an Adaptive Surf League competition and had over 500 feet of Access Trax set up from the boardwalk down to the water. Steph used the pathway that day and said it was the first time she’s been able to independently use her wheelchair at the beach to get to the water! Kelly and Access Trax support the mission of the Rollettes and can’t wait to be part of the Rollettes Experience this year.

Image shows Kelly on the left and Steph Aiello on the right smiling for a photo at the Rollettes table at a wheelchair sports festival. Kelly is wearing a mint colored t-shirt and Steph is wearing a white pullover. Steph has long curled brown hair and Kelly has short blonde hair. To the right of the photo is the text: "I love meeting game changers for our community" - Steph Aiello, Rollette.
